Stan holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology and is a Senior Industrial Psychologist, registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA). Stan is also registered as a Psychologist in Private Practice with the Board of Healthcare Funders. He specializes in the areas of Human Resources, Skills Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Psychometric Assessment.
