Associated Insurance Brokers (Cape) was established in 1983 and is currently the one of the largest independent insurance brokerages in Cape Town. AIB (Cape) comprises a formidable team with complimentary skills and a similar passion to service the needs of their clients. AIB (Cape) began its operation from a small office in Cape Town Centre in 1983 with two members of staff. In 1991, the business purchased a property in Tamboerskloof and the staff complement swelled to 24 in an attempt to accommodate the growing needs of the clients. In 1995, AIB (Cape) built their own offices, AIB House, in Green Point and established itself as a brokerage capable of managing, with distinction, the relationships with its clients. In the period that has followed, AIB (Cape) has successfully held this position in commercial and industrial insurance and has been consistently rated as 'excellent' in the areas of administration, accuracy of documentation and customer service. AIB (Cape) currently maintains a client base which boasts in excess of five thousand policies and provides superior service and advice in all areas of short term insurance. Throughout AIB (Cape)'s history, the brokerage has enjoyed in excess of 20% growth in turnover year on year.
