Abax employs a highly experienced team of investment professionals, the core of which have worked together for more than a decade. The team share a small open plan office in which there is a constant flow of information and ideas. We spend the vast majority of our time on investment matters. To this end we have limited the number of client relationships and mandates that we manage. The investment team is supported by a small but experienced support team. From 1992 to 1998 he worked at Syfrets in varying roles ranging from private client portfolio manager, research analyst and fund manager. A number of core holdings have been in our portfolios for longer than a decade, although their weightings have been actively adjusted based on shorter term prospects and relative performance.
