Faye is a creative talent with formal education from the National School of Arts and a Bachelors degree in Psychology and the History of Art from Wits. She has a diploma in Graphic Design and a certificate in Human Resource Management which combine to give her an excellent background in managing the careers of creative talent. There is nothing she does not know and if she doesn’t, sure as heck she will find out. She’s forever smiling and always willing to go the extra mile. Weekends will find her out and about and being the social butterfly she is. Leigh has a diploma in Public Relations and courses in Design and Web. Ten years’ experience in the industry gives her a great ability to really understand the nuances of creative. She is outgoing and confident and has the necessary empathy required for a recruiter. She likes structure and to follow process in delivering on her mandates. She is motivated and inspired by the success she has in positively influencing candidate’s careers and adding value to her clients.
