Whatever you choose Affinity will make that dream come true. We will work together with you to develop a wedding plan, within your budget that reflects this. From helping you find the perfect designer for your dress, right through to arranging your honeymoon. We take pride in micro managing every detail on your behalf. Our Principal Coordinator Pam Gray and her team, will work with you in finding that special venue for the wedding & reception. Affinity will help you work with the venue chefs & catering suppliers to ensure your menu reflects the a fine cuisine experience. The team at Affinity, work with the best florists, décor hire companies, hair & beauty artists, photographers, cake designers & many more excellent service providers to create the day of your dreams. They will set up & adhere to a detailed budget, as well as draw a comprehensive action list & timeline. Once you have chosen Affinity as your wedding planning company & a budget has been agreed, their real work begins. You will be consulted & updated at all times by unlimited e-mails or meetings with your coordinator. Your coordinator will regularly liaise with you on the number of guests, from the original estimated number, right through to the final list of guests that have accepted your invitation. This is critical as it will affect not only your budget but also your seating plan. If at any time, you have any queries or questions Affinity is always available. They will also help you with all the administration regarding the marriage certificate. WE can arrange for all their travel arrangements, transfers, car hire & accommodation. To make your guests feel relaxed, Affinity can also make arrangements for disability needs, special meal requests & even to have treats placed on your guest’s pillows. Pam Gray, our Primary Coordinator will also make sure that all your wedding presents & money are taken into the safety of a designated trusted relative or friend, at the end of your reception. On the big day its’ all systems go & after the big event is the time to relax, unwind & have fun as a newly married couple.
