The WORST you could ever find. IF you'd take my advice. DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS GUY. We hires him to do the job. He quoted us R74000 in 2016. In 2017 he pushed it up to R123000. We accepted after bringing the price down by a few thousands. We paid R20 000 up front. Later he requested another R25000 when he hasn't done any work yet. The reason for this is that he used our money for another job. He was late for meetings. Didn't do what he promised. We got our own builder and he is supposed to just do the aluminium doors and windows and the roof. He is now quoting us (a month later) R190000 for the aluminium doors, windows and roof only when a month ago he quoted R100000 for everything. We cancelling the contract. I refuse to do work with such incompetent and immoral businessmen. By the way, he got a builder to start working on the site on the beginning. Guess what! The builder built the walls skew and not according to the plan. Everything had to be broken down including the foundation.
