We have staff available to check the hire and liquor orders in and out; alternatively, we recommend that a member of your staff perform this function. Bayleys Catering has over 40 years’ experience in the catering industry. Our team of dedicated and professional catering staff will take care of every aspect required. We realise customer satisfaction is paramount, so we listen, advise and guide you through. The limit of our involvement is always entirely at your discretion. Tailor made menus for your occasion, also offering frozen dinners. We will tailor the menu to your expected number of guests, occasion and budget. These menus are based on 100 guests as a sample and an indication of what is possible. Medallions of Rare Roasted Namibian Fillet of Beef with a Crust Of Wild African Herbs and served with a Beef Reduction on a bed of parsley mashed potatoes. Individual Almond Pavlova filled with Cream, Topped with slithers of Tropical Fruit and African berries, Garnished with mint. Our frozen meals are made with the highest quality ingredients. Layered seasoned lean beef mince with tasty white sauce and green ribbon noodles topped with grated cheddar. Whilst we keep certain dishes frozen on our premises, it is advisable to phone and book dishes in advance. A spicy oriental dish made from sliced chicken breasts, green beans and coconut milk and spiced with green curry paste. These menus are based on certain amount of guests as a sample and an indication of what is possible. OPEN SOUTH AFRICAN FOCATIO bases topped with Smoked Franshoek trout, marinated chicken with a swirl of mayonnaise, wood roasted ostrich fillet with seed mustard, creamy brie with fig and other African delights. FILLET EN CROUTE Rare roast fillet of beef, rolled in black pepper corns, sliced and served on baked circles of French bread brushed with olive oil.
