Cloe Dennis, started her recruitment career in 1996, when she joined Kelly, providing staffing services. Cloe has climbed the corporate ladder from her starting position as an Account Executive, where she was responsible for the Pension Services, Multichoice & MWeb accounts. Her performance, discipline and drive saw her rewarded with the positions, first as a Branch Manager for Kelly, then as Human Resources Manager for a joint venture of recruitment companies, called Sishayele. In 2017 she acquired full ownership and is now proud to be a 100% Black Female owned business. Cloe has thrived in her business and is well respected by both her clients and employees.
