With Adrian Caietta’s experience and knowledge on the Quantity Surveying side which results in assisting the Architect and Client in making many vital discussions, resulting in the ultimate success of the project. With his vast knowledge cash flow is monitored, costs are controlled and all contractual aspects are looked after. We also have a varied and wide architectural back ground, giving us the uncanny ability to resolve many design detailing problems on a day to day basis, which in the end makes sure the project finishes on time and to the highest acceptable finish without the Client having to live in the future with design flaws. This marriage gives us the edge in the industry which not only satisfies our Clients and makes us more user friendly for all consultants, but also makes the building process a much better experience for everybody involved.
