All the Projects are overseen by Pierre Marais (Registered Architectural Professional), to ensure all regulations are followed to provide our clients with workable, approved building plans. We offer a full service consisting of consulting with clients up to the approval of Building Plans. Our head office is situated in Cape town, where our offices in Parow handles our projects in the northern and southern suburbs of Cape Town, as well as other towns in the peninsula. In addition to our head office in Cape town, we have agents in Gauteng and the garden route(George to Plettenberg Bay) as well. If we do not have an agent in your area we will still be able to design & draft your new home according to your specifications, the complete set of plans will be sent to you by overnight post.
