BPeSA Western Cape (formerly Calling the Cape) is the regional investment arm of the BPO industry in South Africa and is committed to driving offshoring to South Africa and Cape Town.
We co-ordinate training and skills development for the industry. We are a liaison point between industry members and local, provincial and national governments. It does this by raising awareness of the industry’s potential internationally thereby assisting in attracting new investments.
