My car had an intermittent electrical fault so I took my car to Cape Auto Electric(CAE). They replaced a part that cost me a lot of money. This, however did not solve the fault. CAE stated that the fault may be mechanical so I took it to the dealer. The dealer found the fault, which was electrical and replace the faulty wiring, costing me more money.
I discussed the matter with CAE (they had replaced a part they should not have. They refunded me the cost of their labor. Later after further discussions they refunded me the mark-up they put on the part.
They refuse to refund me the part they incorrectly installed.
I will not go back there and I suggest no else goes there.
I am considering take them to court.
