We remove any type of rubble, garden refuse or building material with tipper trucks. We transport building materials or any other transport requirements you might have. We supply building sand, stone and other building materials We deliver topsoil, compost, lawndressing and brown gravel stone for landscaping We remove small rubble loads under 1.2 tons. We aim to serve the customer first and foremost, with timeous delivery, every time. Any telephonic or email requests for services will constitute a sale if a booking for a service has been scheduled. Delivery and collections can only be scheduled once we receive proof of payment either via email or sms. Cape Core Rubble is not liable for the quality of the sand, as we get this straight from the quarry. The client might be liable to pay for the extra landfill tariffs, depending on the type of rubble, ie. Cape Core Rubble reserves the right to subcontract work to reliable service providers in the event of a breakdown or increased workload. The payment of the account is to Cape Core Rubble and not to the sub-contractor. Cape Core Rubble undertakes to be careful but is not responsible for any damage to the owner’s property caused by off-loading sand, stone, etc or removing the rubble. Cape Core Rubble and its employees reserve the right to decide when the truck is full or reached its maximum weight capacity of 7.5 tons. We cannot overload as we get fined at the landfills.
