We at City Property Finance entered the bond origination business in 2006 after being in commercial and private banking for more than 20 years where we had extensive exposure in the property market and related financing options available.
We also assist clients in further home loans for renovation and help clients calculate with our mortgage calculator if they qualify for a further mortgage loan.
We have agreements in place with the four major banks in South Africa through Mortgage Max to ensure that we can indeed assist our clients with placing the bond at the bank of their preference.

Although the bulk of our clients buy in the approved developments we service, we also assist estate agents, their buyers as well as any property buyer (private or through and estate agent) in obtaining their bonds.
