Work, play, family and adventure all mix together with the aim of having fun while treading gently. We work with Sheila Petousis of Snoek Design on the animal family illustrations and design, and artists Georgie Berens and Theodore Key have illustrated some of our notepad pages. Based in Cape Town, on the southern tip of Africa, gives us food for thought and deed. Cape Town is situated in the Cape Floristic Region, the smallest of the plant kingdoms, but also the most diverse. Along with the flora come the animals that surround them, and us with a sense of scale and wonder. We love our natural world around us but equally we're inspired by the people of our land. Outside of South Africa: for most of the world it's R50 per order plus a surcharge per item based on its weight (see below for more details). Parcels go by air with a South African tracking number. Plan your gatherings, moonlit walks, stargazing and planting or just stay in touch with the rhythms of our natural world. Africa Moon came out of the sky in the year 2000 and is back each year by popular demand. We like to think it reminds us to step out and look up. Perfect for anyone exploring the countryside, from one's home or on the road, whether you're a visitor or local, old or young. These Notebooks are upcycled from expired Family Calendar pages. We love the animal illustrations and wanted them to have a life beyond recycling. Find your favourite; ours is the Africa map magnet! The African mainland is roughly as many steps from North to South as it is from East to West. We chose the landscape view to comfortably include the island nations of Africa. Country borders are included, as are primary roads & railways.
