Group Coaching is a powerful and inspiring experience. It is different to team coaching in as much as the members can come from a variety of disciplines, divisions or even organisations. There is typically no hierarchy and by its very nature tends to be more transformational than transactional. Much of learning at work occurs through regular interaction with colleagues. One of the approaches to encouraging this type of development is peer learning. Blended Coaching is a mix of both one-to-one and group coaching.
