After eighteen months of planning DGB (Pty) Ltd, commissioned the biggest bottling line upgrade in their history, which includes upgrades to three lines in order to improve bottling efficiencies and boost DGB’s capacity significantly. This is an investment in the region of R30 million. SEGUIN MOREAU continues to develop new tools for wine makers to use in their pursuit to create world class wines. Provino corks are Antonio Almeida’s latest innovation with regard to the ever changing needs of wineries across the globe. We are just back from a trip to Groenefontein; the CapeNature Nature Reserve outside Calitzdorp to see the restoration sites that we have funded through Columbit’s partnership with the Department of Environmental Affairs. We are pleased to report that all involved parties are happy with the progress we are making. Have been out an about in the cellars and there are a lot of tired harvest teams ready for a well deserved break.
