Compass House, perfectly positioned on the shores of the Atlantic Seaboard, promises it's guests the ultimate in style and comfort. Located in sheltered, wind-free Bantry Bay, just two minutes from the beach-front and ten minutes away from the city center, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean from every room. Compass House enjoys a warm atmosphere, with a fusion of interior design styles, blending the best of Mediterranean, Asian and African flavors and has wooden floors throughout. All rates listed are on a per-room, per-night basis including breakfast. During our peak season, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. In the event of non-arrival, the total cost of the reservation will be charged for. In the event of shortening a stay after arrival, the full amount remains payable on unused accommodation (or at the discretion of the management). Our terms of cancellation before arrival vary during different times of the year because of the demand on room reservations. All percentages are based on the rate of the room that you have booked. The spacious living area and large balcony offer an ideal setting to unwind in front of the vast horizon. Our guests can relax or interact on the comfortable seating arrangement backed by panoramic windows, or step onto the balcony for an evening sundowner to enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests are welcome to make use of the computer facility which includes internet, multi-purpose fax and phone. Amongst a setting of lemon, kumquat and orange trees, our guests can relax by our twenty metre infinity pool. The deep blue of the pool, vibrant green of the flora and dark brown of the wooden deck and furniture heighten the unique ambience our guests can experience. Our guests are assured a secure and private realm with a lot of space and a priceless view of the ocean.
