We offer a wide variety of products online as well as in the shop, with specific focus on Gemstones (natural frequency modulators), Natural Products (using herbs and natural remedies), Flow Arts (to get us physically moving and healthy using flow toys) and Intellectual growth (providing a wide range of books with topics ranging from homeopathy, crystals, alternative healing and many more). Beautiful and unique, these natural frequency modulators come in all shapes and colours. We have partnered with various Local Artists to bring you a little closer to some of our community products! Some of the tarot pouches and Altar cloths have protective dried herbs in their lining, infused with Frankincense, Lavender and Rose Geranium essential oil. You can even request specific Crystals to be used in your product. She loves creating beautiful, colourful, creative and comfortable dance clothing with interesting tie dye and print effects. Duncan and the team also offer some Juggling Sticks and Poi workshops amongst a list of others. A variety of community products from Flow DNA is available in store! Some are looking for a way to stay fit throughout the year, while others just takes the time to play and connect with other like minded people. Some of them offer instruction in the various arts, while others incorporate things like Yoga and meditation. Connect and Flow offers Hoop, staff and Buugeng Beginner and Intermediate programmes so be sure to have a look if you are starting out or would like to fine tune that new move. We are always looking to connect people, and would like to grow our Flow Arts Community register with all the regular gatherings (weekly/monthly) happening around South Africa.
