Collection is placed on the first available scheduled flight and delivered to the door. Cost effective delivery service for larger, less urgent consignments up to 96 hours should be allowed to final destination. Also our motorised messenger service has a morning and afternoon route daily from the city centre to both Northern and Southern suburbs. (Collection and delivery throughout the peninsula, twice daily.) (please note that the set routes cover a specific route for example northern suburbs, southern suburbs etc. therefore sometimes a delivery collected in the morning in the southern suburbs will only be delivered in the northern suburbs in the afrtenoon run for the set route rate to apply. For requests out of the set routes or scheduled routes the Crisis Courier option would be more suitable. In most cases the courier unit will be dispatched immediatley to deal with your consignment. We provide a range of services to most countries in the world. All of our international service providers operate under our constant supervision whilst delivering your consignment. We offer a full management services from storage, mailroom and packaging duties to final distribution of your consignment. Shipments are charged at the greater of either actual mass or volumetric mass. Documents are defined as unbound printed paper, ie. There are no customs requirements for shipments containing documents only. Non documents are defined as anything other than documents, eg. documents with photographs, x-rays, books, advertising, discs, spares etc. All non document shipments intended for resale must be accompanied by an original commercial invoice plus three copies. Dispatch to be notified about cancellations at least half an hour before stipulated collection time to avoid full charge of original consignment.
