When the European Staffing Division of recruitment agency Volt approached Crystal Events and Incentives to create an incentive travel program they were tasked with creating an impactful program with a limited budget and time constraints. The group, primarily comprised of younger individuals from the UK, France, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland, had the opportunity to make a notable social impact, while also partaking in optional activities such as bungi jumping and white water rafting. The CSR component was without a doubt, the highlight of the trip, and the exciting activities left the group with memories that will last for a lifetime. We first set off by dhow and spent the morning snorkelling. Then we had a surprise stop at this sandbank, where a beautiful seafood BBQ was set up and a local band welcomed us as we disembarked. It is such a thrill and the company who runs it has a 100% safety record. Our Sabi Sabi ranger and tracker went off, bundu-bashing into thickets, way off the beaten track and found this incredible sighting of a leopard with fresh kill.
