We took the decision to manufacture our products in stainless steel for superior strength and durability. Diesel Guard range of products have been developed in South Africa over a number of years. Our product range has been specifically designed and developed by Innovative Technical Solutions to fit easily and directly onto your fuel tanks and put a stop to diesel theft. The factory and head office are situated in Waterfall, near Hillcrest west of Durban in KwaZulu Natal. The company was originally founded for the sole purpose of developing and marketing the Diesel Guard range of products to help combat the theft and pilferage of diesel from vehicle tanks. The Diesel Guard anti-diesel theft range of products has evolved over a number of years within the context of the African Market. with the perfect platform to develop a product to meet the stringent requirements that are required to ensure that the end result is a range of products that are tough, maintenance free and easy to install and at the same time providing a 100% solution to the prevention of costly diesel theft. has continued to develop these products in order to stay abreast of the new range of vehicles regularly introduced to the market by the various manufacturers. The Diesel Guard range has expanded to included non-removable drain plugs, pick up and return pipe covers, connecting hoses and automatic drain units to protect the diesel fuel in other vulnerable areas on the vehicles. Whilst recognising that the decision to manufacture in Stainless Steel was going to add cost to the product and reduce profitability, it was concluded that the superior strength gained over mild steel or aluminium far outweighed the cost factor. This is made possible by a combination of locating systems including special snap-off screws and adaptors with locking pins that secure the unit onto the existing filler neck of the vehicle. The purpose of this design is to prevent drilling and riveting wherever possible. The significant advantage that this range of products has is that it provides a guaranteed return on investment within a very short space of time.
