David Olivier (DRAINMEN Franchisor) has specialized in the plumbing industry for over 24 years and has represented the public plumbing sector on various professional levels. These include him serving as Executive Member of IOPSA, Chairman of The Institute Of Plumbing South Africa, National & International plumbing delegate representing both the Western Cape & South Africa and is a Technical Advisor to the plumbing industry. David is the owner of three registered professional plumbing companies and is the Franchisor of the Drainmen group. Drainmen Services started off on a solid foundation of good business ethics and principles which has extended to all throughout the Drainmen Franchise. There are currently 8 branches situated throughout the Western Cape which extends to all lining and outlining areas. All Franchisees, Managers and Team Leaders have attended similar Drainmen technical and administrative training courses and lead with the business model, which successfully serves to date. Our Managers and Employees also do much work behind the scenes to ensure the smooth daily operations. Drainmen Services over the past 24 years have invested heavily to ensure that we have whatever is necessary to conduct Commercial, Marine and Industrial Plumbing & Drainage work. Drainmen offers a range of pump repair, installation and replacement services for various pump systems. We do both pump installation and pump repairs to all size and makes of pump systems. These include, but are not limited to, sewerage lift pumps, grey water pumps, potable water pumps both large scale and small scale, solar water heating and pump repairs etc. Depending on the application we are able to offer loan pumps. We provide high volume pumping for any application and provide emergency pumping of most liquids. All diagnostic work is conducted on all phase pumps with written technical recommendation if requested. We conduct assessments and inspections on most pump systems with further recommendations if requested.
