He also implements environmental management systems. Nicolaas conducts both fresh water and biodiversity assessments as well as baseline air quality monitoring. He advises on a range of Environmental Health and Safety issues and assists with monitoring Environmental Health and Safety legislation in order to keep clients abreast of legal developments in these fields. As an experienced legal compliance auditor he has conducted Environmental Health and Safety legal compliance audits. She has also completed the year long UNIDO Certified Energy Expert course and now specialises in ISO50001. Nicole is also a part time student at UNISA in the process of completing a Diploma in Nature Conservation. Nicole is involved with project monitoring, correspondence with authorities, clients and the public on behalf of the EAPs and assists with the public participation process, editing and preparing information for distribution and submission. She has gained extensive experience in office administration, and has completed training courses in Successful Team Management and in Exceptional Customer Service. Yolandie is involved with general office management, project monitoring, correspondence with authorities, clients and the public on behalf of the EAPs and assists with public participation process, editing and preparing information for distribution and submission to key departments and interested and affected parties. She currently assists Eco Impact with various marketing initiatives and heads our dedicated accounts team.
