Exact Cape Construction is the construction arm of Exact Cape, a development and project management company based in Somerset West and Cape Town.ECC was established at the beginning of 2008 and has to date achieved success in building a 420 sqm house in the Boskloof Estate, valued at R3.6 mil, along with a couple of residential units in Schonenberg Estate, the Benguela Cove Clubhouse and boathouses outside Hermanus, as well as a 300 sqm extension to a residential unit in Erinvale.About 2 months ago, ECC was awarded the tender for the Erinvale Golf Club alterations with a contract value of +-R2.95 mil.

Exact Cape Construction is the construction arm of the group which has grown into a medium size company undertaking a variety of projects in both the residential and commercial markets. Exact Cape Properties is the marketing and selling arm of the group which has secured a number of mandates to sell units for developers and investors in various projects.
