Nestled at the foot of our majestic mountains, in the leafy suburb of Newlands, Cape Town, Foresters Arms Restaurant and Pub (fondly referred to by the locals as Forries), is one of the oldest pubs in South Africa and provides the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its welcoming ambiance provides guests with the opportunity to sit down, relax and enjoy a fine draught beer accompanied by a delicious meal selected from our varied gastro-pub menu. We also have a wood-fired pizza oven with a selection of pizzas ranging from the well-flavoured Margarita to the more exotic combinations, such as smoked salmon and crème fraiche.
