The tongue and groove interlocking panels are used together with a galvanized steel frame to ensure excellent load and span capabilities. Panels are fully bonded with rolled, coated steel; the joint details and design are critical in protecting the PF or EPS inner core. The panel system provides superior air tightness for controlled environments. Each panel is heat insulated which saves energy on heating and cooling. Window and door frames are factory installed in each panel to save time and costs. Units are delivered in a set consisting of all materials and consumables needed for the assembly. The pre-fabricated steel frame is fastened and erected on the pre-cast slab where after the tongue-and-groove roof and wall panels are slotted into each other and secured to the steel frame.
