P oi is a form of dance that brings balance back to your mind, body and soul. Playing P oi allows oneself to use both sides of the body rhythmically which stimulates brain activity and manifests into a free flowing creative outlet. When doing Fire P oi, the moving flames seem to clear the energy around you, creating a clear space to dance with this beautiful consuming element. Even without any music, the flames sound like rushing water and with each movement of the fire dancer, the duo can allow a beautiful beat that radiates through your hearts magnetic pulses.
