Our second business department includes website hosting, mailbox hosting and Internet connectivity. We supply all these clients with all their hardware and software. Our largest clients have 50 - 70 users and all our other clients range from 2-30 users. We currently have in the region of about 45 network support clients. We are able to supply a wide range of hardware and software.
We have 2 main business departments in the company. The team has varying skills, which allows us to provide support for various platforms and provide a variety of services. This department compliments the network.

Clients include busy architectural practices, training academies, finance and investment companies, manufacturers and suppliers. The entire Gravit8 team prides itself on providing our SME clients with support and service with that personal touch. Most of our customers have been with us for years, we enjoy interacting with our clients and building relationships that last and benefit both parties. The importance of staying abreast with latest technologies is a crucial aspect of the IT services industry. We also use as many of the technologies we sell as possible in our own IT infrastructure so that we are familiar with as many technologies as possible. Jorn Das started Gravit8 in 2004, he has both a technical background through being a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a business background through his B-Com degree in Infromation Systems. He has a BBusSci Information Systems Honours degree from UCT, as well as an ITIL foundations certification. His determination and attention to detail are a driving force to helping Gravit8 achieve their goals. Gravit8 has an exceptional team of people enabling us to support our clients with excellent service and excellent response to IT problems. Having been in business for more than eight years and having more than fifty years of experience and knowledge in the IT Industry our customers are assured of having stable, solid IT Support with a wealth of knowledge about a wide variety of technologies.
