Our factory is purely wholesale, however our complete range of products is available to the public from our two retail branches located in Fish Hoek and Hout Bay. Our employees are divided into teams who meet each morning for reviews and planning. Everyone is encouraged and incentivised to participate in the improvement of our business. Our Factory Our factory was custom designed for us with scope to grow. The layout helps maintain high food safety standards with access control and strategically placed sanitising facilities. It also ensures efficient flow of products so we deliver fresh stock to our customers. These xylitol crystals can be used as a sugar substitute. We use external companies to test our cleaning methods and staff hygiene. We also test the nutritional content and allergens in our products to ensure we maintain high standards and we audit our suppliers to ensure we are buying quality ingredients.
