We deliver to addresses both within and beyond the borders of South Africa. For deliveries within South Africa, we use the Post Office, Speed Services and courier to deliver your parcels. Please take note of delivery times and prices relevant to the delivery method selected. Delivery times are only regarded as having commenced upon payment confirmation being received by us. If you are ordering fragile products, we would strongly recommend that you select courier as a delivery method. Estimated time of delivery: 1-2 working days (excluding public holidays) The courier company delivers to the following major city centres: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London, Polokwane, Witbank and Bloemfontein and their related outlying areas (those outside a 50km radius of the major city centres). For the purposes of verification, we will be entitled to require the person accepting delivery at the delivery address to produce a form of identification. On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name as against a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt of the delivery. Not withstanding the above, any person other than yourself who receives the goods at the delivery address is conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf. All international deliveries are subject to import and custom laws of that country and we can’t be held responsible if a parcel is held or confiscated due to these laws. All international deliveries are via Airmail and can take up to 10 working days (excluding public holidays) for delivery.
