We prefer to refer you to our network of reputable specialist contractors that we project manage without any additional costs to the client. Extensive use is made of quality fillers, polyurethane sealants, epoxies and special primers/paints. The amount of labour time spent on preparation is between 40% to 60% depending on the state of the substrate. Cottage windows and palisades in particular need special attention. Sample colours AND finish paints are applied to surfaces as different paint types, substrate texture, profiles, shadows etc influence colour selection. Every site is unique and the workforce is briefed on client’s specific needs such as pets, security, access control, plants, valued/special items, ablutions, storage and cleaning facilities. There is a strong emphasis on customer needs, root cause solutions and quality, cost effective processes. Peter has attended many courses from leading paint and specialised product manufacturers. Extensive research is done on products and their durability. Controlled tests are performed on new products against established brands on both interior/exterior surfaces and a variety of substrates to test durability and weathering properties. Peter started in Cape Town in 2007 when he realised that the painting/restoration industry needed a more professional and personal approach.The business operates with the utmost integrity in all respects and is an extension of Peter’s corporate track record. He spent most of his life in Cape Town in senior managerial positions specialising in project management and customer service.
