Oliver Schuppart and a team of skilled, talented and fun people established our company in 2002, with offices in Hamburg and Berlin. In 2013, the South African headquarters in Cape Town was established. Our team of engineers, interface designers, business analysts and project managers focus on developing state of the art end-to-end recruitment and people management software. He also trained as an analyst and a software engineer. Oliver is CEO and founder of DNA, an IT company managing the infrastructure of several banks in Germany. He developed the HReCruiting software to atomize the manual recruitment processes and to exploit the full potential of the Internet to recruit the best talent for DNA faster, more efficiently and make huge financial savings in the process. When Oliver is not making savings for our clients, he can be found windsurfing in Bloubergstrand, just outside the city of Cape Town. During his tenure as a Special Advisor with the Government of South Africa, he attended Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Saths is the founding chairman of Webnet, an IT infrastructure company and serves on a number of boards. He is a Partner in the South African operations and when he is not sailing or fishing, you will find him and his son, hiking or cycling somewhere on or near Table Mountain. She brings valuable years of experience in Germany with DNA to South Africa. Her spare time is spent playing the piano, sharpening her sailing and wine tasting skills or running along the Seapoint Promenade in Cape Town.
