iHealth Meals was founded in 2009 and delivers fresh, nutritionally balanced meals and meal plans daily. There is no single meal plan that suits us all therefore we offer a number of options such Paleo, Banting, Mediterranean Weight Loss, Balanced, Fitness and Body Extreme Meals. iHealth Meals offers catering for all events and meetings. We also understand it is not always possible or economical to operate a canteen. Don’t worry, we will take care of that too and provide meals to your office on a daily basis. We use free range, grass fed and organic ingredients whenever possible. We purchase locally to support our farmers and family owned businesses. Our professional team will always be there for you to guide you with your diet. Select the best available diet that suits your lifestyle and tastes. We suggest you to chose a diet that you will definitely enjoy in the long term. We require full, upfront payment for the subscription via EFT or cash. Our meals are prepared naturally containing no preservatives or improvers. It eliminates any source of sugar, grains and gluten. Also known as Mediterranean Diet and used in the First Line Therapy for people with diabetes or insulin resistance. For those who train hard and are looking for a meal that is High Protein, Low Fat and Medium Carb. Healthy prepared meals with traditional South African flavours. Don't just take it from us, let our customers do the talking! The fundamental concept that we are genetically adapted to perform optimally when eating the fresh and wholesome foods that are naturally abundant in the nutrients that our bodies so badly need in order to thrive. Take out the sugar and added sweeteners, modified dairy products, potato, grains and wheat, vegetable oils, and anything else that has been refined or artificially made. There is nothing that can substitute a nutritious fresh dish. Find all the macro nutrients, serving portion sizes, dietary specific details and more useful information. We would also like to let you know that your food is very tasty, very convenient and your overall service is excellent! You are one of the few companies in South Africa that actually do care about their reputation and clients! In some of our meal plans we offer different selections. This will only occur due to stock shortages, strikes and other reasons beyond our control. The estimated frame time can be confirmed by our office. There are circumstances beyond our control which can have an affect on our delivery schedule. You will be provided with the driver's phone number to make sure you can connect anytime. Payment can only be made electronically (EFT) to our bank account in advance for the full subscription period. The account details are on the invoice you receive. Or you can pay cash in full directly to the driver on your first delivery day.
