The Insights purpose is to create a world where people truly understand themselves and others, and are inspired to make a positive difference in everything they do. We're already bringing this purpose to life in the work we do every day in the corporate world, but now we want to use our expertise to positively impact people who wouldn't usually have access to the work we do. We'll be squeezing all of our lovely Insights-y goodness into three main areas. Our CSR highlight this year is the Big Insights Challenge, where we'll be walking the Great Wall of China in support of the utterly fantastic charity, Mary's Meals. Their vision is that every child receives one daily meal in their place of education and that all those who have more than they need, share with those who lack even the most basic things. They work in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, attracting hungry children to the classroom, filling their bellies while helping them secure brighter futures at the same time. Soon, nine intrepid Insights-ers will be tackling the Great Wall of China to raise money for Mary's Meals, and we can't think of a more deserving organisation for our first ever Big Insights Challenge. There's also a whole host of Wee Insights Challenges going on across our local offices, enabling all our Insights colleagues to support Mary’s Meals by raising awareness and funds. We're super-excited to get the Big Insights Challenge underway, and super-proud to be able to contribute to the life-changing work that Mary's Meals does every day. We'll be all over our social channels as we walk, so follow us on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to chart our progress and cheer us on. We'll be offering the Gift of Discovery to NFPs (Not For Profit), charities and social enterprises. We'll also be choosing a small number of CSR partners to work with each year. We'll invest resources in helping our CSR partners wherever they need it most. It's all about helping young people understand themselves through the lens of Insights Discovery, before they embark upon their chosen careers, or take their next steps in life, whatever those may be.
