We have been specializing in self catering rentals since 2002 and have been directly involved ever since. We have gained enormous experience in the marketplace as well as understanding for the needs of tenants which we also call our clients. We are currently managing over 50 self catering properties in and around the Atlantic Seaboard. We provide a personal service where we will come out to you and open the apartment, make sure everything is in good order, hand over the keys and answer all questions regarding the accommodation. We do not expect you to collect the keys at a pick up point, and then to drive up and down in search of the apartment, and then when you finally get to the apartment you do not not know where to park and how the keys and remotes work. We have our own housekeeping team that will make sure everything is in good order before you arrive and to make sure your stay is hassle free and then to clean the apartment again when you have vacated. We have the infrastructure, protocols, procedures and systems in place to ensure a hassle free relaxing stay with us. We cannot describe how much we loved our stay there. We checked out yesterday morning plus we had a wonderful stay everything was just great, will most definitely come back again when we in Cape Town, The apartment is great, and your assistance has been very helpful.: -) We found it to be a lovely modern apartment, where the space has been used well, especially with the head-board/wall partition. The flat has all the amenities that one would require, was spacious and well-maintained. We had such a great time in Cape Town despite it being Winter. We have just returned from a wonderful time in Cape Town at Vredenhof. Staying at the Legacy 506 was the biggest spoil we have ever had! So far, all our clients were very happy with your apartments! It was spacious and clean, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Perfect positioned in the mother city and with space enough to just relax. The flat was very comfortable and Marius was very helpful. We gladly recommend it to our friends and are looking forward to coming back next year. Just a few words to tell you that it was a perfect stay.
