If you have any questions, please email or call me. There are very few wedding venues in Cape Town with views like the ones at The 12 Apostles Hotel. They are truly magnificent, mountain and sea coming together. First their wedding in Madeira, a reception in London, then their first pregnancy shoot in Madeira, followed by family photos in Cape Town and now another maternity shoot and christening in Madeira. Our last family shoot was in Camara dos Lobos, it was their first family holiday together with Marciano and they must of loved it very much because 2 years on they were back in Madeira and this time we photographed their family shoot in Monte. Its a gorgeous island for the perfect family holiday. Should we make this a every 2 year arrangement Mandy and Jose? When families come together from all across the world. They have traveled together, they work together and now they will be having their biggest adventure together. Layla was absolutely breathtaking in her navy blue lace dress. She was a natural in front of the camera and this year she is studying to be a photographer and is a natural behind the camera too. The food at her wedding was obvioulsy going to be her biggest priorty, this time she didn’t have to serve it but wanted to be served and chose Harbour House, her favourite Cape Town restaurant for her wedding reception. Our bride was so so beautiful, Stephen and the boys looked very spiffy, lovely, lovely photos. The reception was not your typical wedding, it was set up for a relaxed party vibe, with white furniture and cocktail tables with LED furniture that was all brought in from Johannesburg by the very talented coordinator at Reserved Decor. Roberto from Blue Moon DJ got the party started and everyone was on the dance floor partying hard. The Nikkah is a very emotional ceremony for the family, especially for the bride as it is the time where she leaves her family to join his. This wedding was set up for 400 guests in a marquee on the lawn of Raintree, and it looked spectacular. But the day was getting darker and darker and eventually the rain started bucketing down. But as a true close knit family, everyone rallied together, was proactive and made plan B happen. Even Mr.Allana, the father of the bride, was helping guests walk from their cars to the marquee with umbrellas. Marry someone who is home and an adventure all in one.
