Jumbo Tar Paving & Civils was established by Frans de Jongh who grew up in the civil engineering industry and studied for his BCom degree at Potchefstroom University. Soon afterwards, he ventured into his own business in the engineering industry during Jumbo Tar Paving & Civils was established in 1990 and gradually grew into one of the leading Civil Construction Companies throughout the Western Cape. We have a fully equipped workshop to support our equipment and our motivated staff strives to provide a professional and affordable service.
