Karen Grant works with individuals and teams to assist them in becoming more effective on their work place. Karen grant facilitates team programmes including effective communication, account management and assertiveness and conflict resolution, and she works one on one as a business coach. Karen is an accredited facilitator and coach and her background lies in the communication and business development industries.

Karen has some 20 years’ experience in the Corporate environment, as an Account Manager in professional services (for 10 years) and then as an independent facilitator and coach. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams better understand their strengths, unique styles and potential blind spots, so that they may manage more effectively in the workplace and in their broader lives. In addition to her formal qualifications of a BComm Honours (Business Strategy and Advanced Consumer Behaviour) Karen applies a number of tools to her coaching and facilitation work, such as the Strength Deployment Inventory and Clarity 4D profile. Karen’s client base varies from Corporate to NGOs and the scope of work from team building to restructuring. Karen has a particular passion for women in transition and has been instrumental in the launch of maternity transition coaching to the South African marketplace. Like most people today Karen wears various hats but is foremost the mother to two young boys and a passionate coach and facilitator. She is married to David, who is a colourist in the film industry.
