Izél is a head of Johannesburg coverage at BSC with responsibility for the supply chain finance business lines. She has 20 years of experience in corporate tax and has a wide range of clients across different sectors including health, agriculture, mining, public, automotive, manufacturing, etc. She has gained extensive experience in all aspects of corporate and employees’ tax through involvement with a variety of public sector entities, listed and high-profile groups. Jaco is an executive director of BSC with responsibility for the Corporate Debt, Supply Chain and Working Capital Finance, and Financial Risk Management business lines. He has gained over 18 years of corporate and investment banking experience, primarily in the origination and structuring of corporate debt, leverage finance and syndicated loans dealing with large listed corporate companies, international multinational firms and financial institutions. Before joining BSC in 2015, Jaco was director and head of Corporate Coverage at HSBC Africa in Cape Town where he was responsible for the origination, structuring and implementation of Global Banking and Markets related products to corporate clients. He has over 15 years of advisory experience working on structured lending and debt transactions, mergers and acquisitions, specialised finance and investment products, and commercial property transactions. Orbian became an independent, private company when its current owners purchased the company in Mettle was established in 1995 as a specialist financial services company and has, since its inception become recognised for innovation in the creation of specialised financial solutions.
