A boutique graphic design studio specialising in bespoke event stationery. For the past 8 years we have been creating unique and inspired event stationery. We have worked hard to build a flawless reputation for personal service and for going the extra mile for our clients, all the while delivering a flawless product at the end of the day. Another passion of mine is finding a way to get things done, figuring out how to make the dream a reality. We love pushing the envelope, so to speak, coming up with new ideas and creating unique items for special events. She is getting married at the exclusive Samara Private Game Reserve. Inspired by the grooms love for flying and the natural tones of the Karoo, below is the digital invite that we designed for her and her fiancé Johan. One can really have fun deciding on this item of your stationery and it can become quite a feature at your pre-drinks area. Here is a seating plan we designed and created for one of Wedding Concepts’ brides. Each guest’s name is printed on the canvas and next to their name we pinned a round perspex disc with their table number on it. A t our first meeting, we will look through samples and discuss the look and feel you would like to create through your wedding stationery. If you are from out of town or are unable to come to the studio, we will email you our comprehensive digital catalogue. We can also create something completely unique for you if you prefer. If a new design is chosen or further digital mock ups are required, these will be charged for at a rate of R300 per hour of design time. Whether it be unique wording used for your invitations, an order of service that tells the story of how you met and fell in love, or table names representing all the places you have travelled, the key is to keep it personal, make sure that it represents you as a couple. We combine different elements to create a unique look for your stationery. There are many elements that can be changed to customise your design, for example: Font combinations, calligraphy, colours, images, patterns and even the paper that you choose will have an influence on the overall look. We also offer specialised printing to add that extra special touch. This includes foiling, letterpressing and laser cutting, to name a few. The client will receive one digital mock up of their invitation as part of the design stage. One physical mock up is offered to the client once the digital proof is signed off. Courier/Postage is at the client’s own risk and for the client’s own account. It is the responsibility of the customer to collect any hire goods from the supplier and return them to the supplier at the end of the hire period. During the hire period the customer is responsible for the items. If any items are lost or damaged the customer shall be liable to pay the supplier for the cost of any repair and/or replacement.
