Based on the success of our legal consulting together with client requests for additional services, natural extensions of our business have been business/strategic consulting, training and recruitment. Our business consulting and training is run in association with the UK based firm LBC Wise Counsel. Together we assist law firms and in-house departments to function better, to focus on value creation, delivery and client relationship optimisation. LBCambridge, the premier skills symposium for in-house lawyers, held bi-annually at Queens College in Cambridge is now presented in South Africa. Our locum services have proved invaluable to many clients, where we assist with a tailor-made temporary solution during periods of maternity leave, temporary vacancy or high work volumes. Our founder, Graeme Wilson is an admitted attorney. He worked as in-house legal counsel for Gold Fields and SAB and was general counsel for Accenture and ThisDay prior to launching Legal & Commercial Solutions. Graeme is on the editorial board of LBC Wise Counsel in the UK and a juror of the International Legal Alliance Summit and Awards. He is a member of the Corporate Lawyers Association of South Africa. Graeme has presented at numerous seminars and symposiums and has published several articles. Married with three children, Graeme lives in Cape Town and when not in the Johannesburg or Cape Town office can be found on the golf course or at the beach with his wife and children.
