The certificate branding service is provided as a hosted service from within the Marion Technology datacentre. ebTax, along with our client, will ensure that the layout of the certificates are in line with the minimum requirements as defined by SARS. Any revisions made by SARS to their requirements will be automatically applied to our client’s branded certificates. Our reports follows an easy to use customizable template which enables a user to save each report to suite his/ her need as to the frequency of the report, the output and the specific data which the user requires. Our customers have access to the ebTax Service Desk where all service requests are logged and managed from a single interface. The ebTax Service Desk enables us to provide customers with a dynamic service that ensures all service requests are managed and resolved in line with our customer’s expectations. The ebTax Service Desk ensures that we are able to record, track and manage service requests received from our clients.
