Act as an aid in the rehabilitation of clients experiencing pain and injury. Network with allied health professionals regarding the care of a client and incorporate recommendations as needed. Establish a warm, receptive and non-intimidating environment that facilitates and enhances the learning process. Power-Plate is a machine that gives the body’s muscles a high-speed workout by using vibrations to stimulate them to contract and relax. Power Plate is a great time-saver due to the effectiveness of training and the fact that many muscle groups are activated at the same time. The circuit is made up of resistance machines that work every major muscle group, two muscles at a time. With a Trainer to teach and motivate, you’re sure to reach your fitness goals in no time. Whether you want to lose weight and inches, gain energy or tone up, the circuit will work for you. An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to create heat. A traditional sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. Our Weight training area is equipped with the necessary equipment that allows a large number of members to train simultaneously. Our qualified therapist offers professional skin care advice as well as face and body treatments. Treatments include facials, body massage, reflexology, manicures, pedicures, hair removal, tinting, tanning, slimming, lipo laser and fat freezing. Gift vouchers are also available for any given value or for a specific treatment that you choose for that special someone. Indoor Tanning is a process in which the pigmentation of the skin deepens as a result of exposure to ultraviolet light. New melanin is formed within 2 or 3 days and moves upward rapidly, allowing the darkening process to continue.
