There are various substrate materials you can use however, generally a silicon rubber material is used for the outer casing of the USB flash drive. We are able to manufacture ABS plastic, metal, wood or a mix of substrates but minimum quantities do apply for the different substrates. After sending us your design, we will send you a mock-up of what the USB will look like from different angles and if all is good to go, we create the mould. We have in-house, stand alone duplication copiers which load all the data onto the USBs. Most of our USB flash drives can be supplied in pantone specific colours. Simply choose the pantone colour of your choice and we will manufacture the USB casing (housing that holds USB chipset) to that specific pantone. You can choose from a variety of branding options however they vary from USB to USB due to the different substrates they are printed onto. (vector based artwork which creates sharp lines and edges). CMYK only with options to print with or without white. (solid line artwork with no gradation or shading which gives a crisp clean finish).
