As furnished accommodation is more pricey than unfurnished, these costs would be worked into the rental asked. Guests of furnished accommodation do not usually have time or inclination to clean the unit or linen before they leave so the owner must do so to get ready for the next tenant. There is a greater demand for unfurnished property although there is obviously a vast market for furnished accommodation but the demand is more seasonal and your unit may not always be occupied.
