HERMALENE has been in the beauty industry for more than 30 years and is passionate about beauty. During her career she has been a leading skincare consultant in the Western Cape for two of the biggest skincare companies in South Africa. Under both companies she has gone to become an area manager, trained countless consultants and received numerous prized awards and accolades for her unmatched commitment to the industry. In the past 10 years, she successfully ran her own beauty and hair salon in Cape Town and qualified as a micro-current therapist, image consultant and inner-beauty specialist. From interpersonal consultation and marketing to the actual production process of skincare products, her knowledge of the beauty industry and all it encompasses is extensive. Naturally, the need to start her own skincare range has always been top priority for her. The Mélan Skincare range is a culmination of Hermalene’s passion for the industry, beauty and caring for one’s skin in the most natural way possible. As such, the inclusion of 100% natural essential oils in the Mélan Skincare range and harnessing its remarkable healing and treatment abilities was an obvious necessity.
