An active event can be sent immediately via the satellite modem using least cost routing, with the option to include a position as well as initiate active tracking. Once a unit is installed, trailers can be tracked using GPS and GPRS, independently from their truck tractors since no connection to other on-board computers is required. MiX Go is a task management application for effective communication and engagement with mobile fieldworkers to reduce costs, improve productivity & efficiency. An innovative driver engagement platform that further enables MiX Fleet Manager customers to run safer and more efficient fleet operations. MiX Fleet Manager allows you to monitor the fuel consumption of each of your vehicles individually, and by extension the fuel efficiency of your whole fleet. The MiX Fuel Management solution includes measuring the actual fuel consumption and comparing this with fuel issues (purchases) for the period to determine possible fraud or theft. The combination of a premium telematics solution that provides actual fuel usage data and a reputable fuel security system that prevents fuel theft, makes the driver fully responsible and accountable for the fuel in the vehicles tank when the truck is in his custody. The MiX Track And React bureau service is an outsourced control room used to monitor vehicles and drivers on behalf of the customer. This pro-active service ensures driver compliance resulting in fuel cost savings and increased productivity, making the service self-funding. Independent agents are used to prevent intimidation by drivers or controllers. Daily and weekly reports are provided to track the overall improvement of a fleet’s performance.
