We aim to spread investments across popular residential and commercial markets which must have particular opportunities that reflect a higher return, lower risk combination. In addition, we focus on the best possible solutions within these markets which ensure buyer demand and also to unlock Value for Owners. Established in 1989 and active in property development since Multi Projects has a fine reputation as a leader in conceptualizing, marketing and developing residential property and wealth creation for investors and owner occupiers alike. The banking sector’s lending policies and risk appetite for funding property investment and/or development projects are impacting very negatively on the capacity of property investors and/or developers to offer new projects and/or products to the market.
