New Life Vineyard is part of the worldwide Vineyard family of churches. In the Western Cape we are part of 15 churches in the Vineyard RSA family. Our focus is on the presence of God and reaching people with the love of Christ. We believe that God still moves in the gifts of the Spirit and thus seek the manifest presence of God. There are a number of ministries working out of the church in missions, prophetic ministry, establishing churches and giving away what God has blessed us with. We are committed to training and releasing every believer to function in the ministry God has called them to. John trained in a number of institutions: St. Paul’s Anglican seminary, the University of South Africa and the University of the Western Cape. He is married to Ethel and they have three daughters who are married, four grandchildren who are now growing up into wonderfully gifted young adults. John is passionate about the presence of God, missions, theology, golf and braaing. Donald was appointed in 2004 as a pastor to care for the local church. Prior to this he spent a number of years in ministry in the Methodist Church. They share a passion for people and seeing people come into their God-ordained destiny. Donald is also passionate about worship, men’s ministry, preaching, golf and Sharks rugby. She likes being creative and loves making cards when she has time. He has served and worked in multiple denominations. Adele studied teaching and is currently working at Grace Primary in Pinelands. Carl and Jacqui joined the fellowship in 1993 and he went on staff in 1999 as administrator. Carl is involved in building relationships, training and encouraging people in leadership in the Namibian Vineyard churches. Jacqui is passionate about the prophetic, teaching people how to hear God for themselves, prophetic worship and counselling. Jacqui has a vision to see everyone come into what God put them on this Earth for and that they achieve their God given potential. Nick and Lindi have been part of the church for more than 35 years. Nick is in the commercial property business and is involved in worship, counselling, and deliverance ministries. Nick and Lindi live in Pinelands and have led a home cell for many years. Lindi is a superb cook and nick is besotted with golf. They have four children; Neil, Clare, Amy and Abigail, two of whom live in Cape Town and two in the UK. Kelly and Nana moved from Lubumbashi about four years ago. Kelly is in the process of gathering for a new plant, beginning at his home in Thornton.
